Girl Scouts of the Permian Basin (GSPB) requires all adult leaders, co-leaders, and advisors working with girls to receive appropriate training to ensure great programming, as well as the safety and security of the girls we serve. GSPB expresses its commitment to adult education for all members through its adult development program, so that all girls experiencing Girls Scouting will be able to develop values, contribute to society, develop self-potential and relate to others.

Volunteer Girl Scout Trainers with specialized skills and experience provide most of the courses offered.
