General Information

REGISTRATION

It is important that you pre-register to attend trainings and workshops. Adults may register for trainings at any time by phone, fax or email to the PROGRAM REGISTRATION HOTLINE at 550.2688 (1.800.594.5677) ext 309, 550.9754 or email . Then use the registration forms included in this publication and return, with fee if any, to the Council Office in Odessa (5217 N Dixie, Odessa, TX 79761). Deadline to register is THREE DAYS prior to the training or workshop. Your registration ensures that volunteer trainers will be available and enables us to notify you of any changes.

When registering, be prepared to give the following information:

• Training # and Level (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Studio 2B,)
  
• Individual’s Name(s)
  
• Daytime Phone #
  
• Mailing Address
  
• Troop # and/or Age Level
  
• Total # of adults attending

FEE PAYMENT

Fees must accompany registration forms or be received in the Council Office at least three days prior to the training or workshop. Training fees are kept at a minimum and offset the cost of printed materials and supplies only. Fees are forfeited for all NO SHOWS. Contact the Community Services Director of Training at 550.2688 ext 311 for more information.

CANCELLATIONS

Courses are planned for the persons registered. If you are unable to attend a course, please call and cancel your registration immediately. If cancellation is received at least one week prior to the training, your fee, if any, will be refunded or applied to another training of your choice. Trainings canceled by the council will be refunded.

TRAINING CARDS

At your first training course, you will receive a wallet-size card for recording each training course attended. Be sure that your training card is properly filled out and initialed by the trainer at the completion of the training.

TRANSPORTATION

If you are interested in sharing a ride to an out-of-town training, call the Council Office, ext 311 for a list of training participants to contact.

CHILD CARE

The council does not provide childcare. Please make your own arrangements.
