Council Shops

The council shops carry a wide variety of merchandise from the National Equipment Service (NES) and selected, licensed merchants. The inventory includes items such as:

• uniforms and official insignia
• handbooks, songbooks and other publications
• t-shirts
• camping gear
• novelty and gift items
• gift certificates

• Odessa Location: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; closed Fridays
  
  
• Midland Location: Monday – Thursday - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; closed Fridays

Shop Orders

Shop orders may be made in person, by service mail, email, phone or fax. Payment for goods may be made with cash, check, Visa/Mastercard or Cookie Credits. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the total for mail orders. Please contact the shop to ensure your order was received and processed.

Special Orders

Items from the NES catalog may be ordered through the Girl Scout Shops allowing at least 3 weeks for delivery. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted for transactions within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. Uniform components must have the resale tags attached. No exchanges on hair accessories.

Refunds

Our shops have a "no refund" policy.
