Only participants who are pre-registered may attend programs.
EVERY PERSON WHO IS REGISTERED INITIALLY MUST PAY. CANCELLED REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE GRANTED, UNLESS REFUND PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED.
Payment: All program registration fees must be received at the Council Office in Odessa or Program Center in Midland within 30 days of registration. If the registration/payment deadline falls before the 30-day payment date, then all fees are due by the registration/payment deadline.
